Terms of Service
By commissioning, you agree to the following.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Konta ("the modeler"), including Live2D model production.
2. Payment & process
Full payment up front before work begins is required, via bank transfer or PayPal. A 50/50 split, or post-payment for corporate clients, is available on request. The price quoted is the price you pay — PayPal fees are covered by the modeler.
3. Communication
English commissions are handled via text (chat / email) and include a +25% premium. Voice calls are available if you are comfortable communicating in conversational Japanese (standard Japanese rates then apply).
4. Timeline
About 1 month from start to delivery (varies by scope).
5. Revisions
Revisions within 14 days and up to 5 times are included in the base price. Beyond that, revisions are quoted separately.
6. Cancellation
Before work starts: refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. After work starts: cancellations cannot be accepted.
7. Rights & usage
Copyright in the rigging stays with the modeler, but you may freely use the model for streaming, social media, merchandise and monetization. Redistribution, transfer or resale to third parties is not allowed.
8. Deliverables
The standard deliverable is the finished model set. Delivery of the editable source file (cmo3) is a separate option.
9. Handling of Live2D model data
Delivered data may not be redistributed, resold or transferred to others. A lower-resolution or protected version may be prepared separately for web display.
10. Portfolio
The work may be showcased as part of the modeler's portfolio 3 months after delivery (or after your debut). Choose the private option to keep it unlisted.
11. Disclaimer
The modeler is not liable for delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures.
