Absolutely. Even if the illustration doesn't exist yet, I'm happy to talk through direction and give you a quote. If you're still looking for an illustrator I can introduce one — just let me know in the "artwork status" field on the contact form.
Yes. I take commissions from a single flat illustration, and splitting it into Live2D-ready parts is included in the base price. If you already have layered/split data, you're welcome to bring that instead.
Yes. Streaming, social media, merchandise, monetisation — you're free to use the model across your activities. Copyright in the rigging itself stays with me, so the only restriction is that you can't distribute, transfer or resell the model data to a third party. See the Terms for details.
Full payment up front before work begins, via PayPal (invoice). A 50/50 split (deposit then balance) or corporate post-payment is available on request. The price quoted is the price you pay — PayPal fees are covered by me.

I may showcase the work 3 months after delivery (or after your debut). Choose the private option to keep it unlisted.
